Innerwise Clinical Psychology conducts assessments for giftedness, intellectual functioning and learning disorders. We provide comprehensive assessments to identify specific difficulties or strengths and develop targeted interventions to support academic progress and overall well-being. We are able to write reports forming part of requesting school provisions.

Our team is experienced in preparing reports for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), ensuring that individuals receive the appropriate support and funding they need to thrive in all aspects of life. We collaborate with clients, families, and relevant stakeholders to provide detailed and accurate assessments that advocate for necessary funding.

Testing at Innerwise Clinical Psychology

We offer comprehensive psychometric assessments for children (6-11 years of age), adolescents (12-17 years of age), and adults (18 years of age and above). Such assessments assist with diagnosing various concerns, including ADHD, Autism assessment and Specific Learning Disorders.

These assessments can determine the nature of the cognitive issue and lead to recommendations that may support with academic (including school readiness, performance, general behaviour and intellectual giftedness), occupational, and/or general functioning.

Assessments available

All assessments will be completed with a feedback session during which you will receive all testing results, a written report, and practical evidence-based recommendations. Assessments used include:

  • WAIS-IV – adult IQ test
  • WISC-V: children IQ test
  • WIAT III – achievement test. including Maths and English
  • WMS IV – memory test for 16yo +
  • Conners-4 – children ADHD assessment
  • CAARS (adult ADHD assessment)
  • MIGDAS – 2
