Registered Psychologist

Zana holds a Master’s degree in Professional Psychology. As a dedicated mother of three daughters, she is deeply passionate about empowering clients to explore their inner strengths and navigate the challenges of today’s society.

Her interests span various areas of mental health and well-being. Having worked in multiple secondary schools, Zana is passionate about working with young people 15+, supporting caregivers with children, as well as providing relationship counselling for singles and couples.

Zana is highly skilled and experienced in addressing all forms of anxiety, including Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Social Anxiety, and Generalized Anxiety Disorder, along with depressive symptoms related to grief, loss, relationship breakdowns, work, and study dissatisfaction. She also has a particular focus on Binge Eating Disorder.

In her therapy sessions, Zana fosters a therapeutic environment where client and therapist collaborate as a team. This approach builds trust, encourages open communication, and empowers clients to actively participate in their healing journey, making meaningful progress towards their goals. Zana uses Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Acceptance Therapy in her clinical work.

To accommodate busy work, school, and family schedules, Zana offers therapy sessions in the evening and on weekends, ensuring flexible and convenient options for mental health support.
