Joshua is a psychologist with general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is currently completing a registrar program for endorsement in clinical psychology. He holds a Master of Clinical Psychology from the University of Sydney, and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of New South Wales.
Throughout his career, Joshua has amassed experience in treating a variety of complex presentations across the lifespan in both community and inpatient settings. He has a particular interest in mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD and complex trauma, and interpersonal difficulties. Joshua works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults as well as families and couples.
Joshua is trained in a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a preference for parts-based approaches such as Schema Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Joshua also is equipped in treating eating disorders using Family Based Treatment (FBT) and Enhanced Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT-E).
