Ashleigh is a compassionate and dedicated registered psychologist who brings warmth and authenticity to her work with clients. She takes a collaborative and person-centered approach, empowering clients to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness.
Ashleigh works with a wide range of presentations, including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, personality disorders, stress, self-esteem issues, trauma, and relationship challenges. She provides tailored support, offering both long-term therapy for complex cases and short-term, goal-focused interventions.
She is experienced in trauma-informed, evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy. Her integrative approach allows her to adapt interventions to suit each client’s unique needs.
Ashleigh works with adolescents (12+) and adults. She has a special interest in supporting women with stress, anxiety, and self-esteem concerns, and enjoys helping clients uncover their inner strengths and achieve personal growth.
Outside of work, Ashleigh enjoys surfing, travelling, practicing mindfulness, and exploring her passion for wellness and personal development.
Ashleigh is a registered provider under Medicare. She is available for sessions on Monday and Thursday, including evening appointments.
