Our provisional psychologist is able to see children, adolescents, adults, older adults and couples. They also provide reduced cost psychometric assessments to children, adolescents and adults.
Our Provisional Psychologist is:
- Fully trained in evidence-based assessment and therapeutic skills
- Provisionally registered with AHPRA
Supervised by our Director, who is a Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor.
Fees and Rebates:
$80 per session
Please note that Medicare rebates and private health insurance claims do not apply.
The services of Provisional Psychologists are not suitable for:
- People with complex mental health conditions, including those with a diagnosis of anorexia nervosa
- People who are currently at high risk, including those experiencing active self-harm or suicidal thoughts
- People wanting to claim Medicare rebates (please note that the fee for this service is lower than the out of pocket ‘gap’ where a Medicare rebate is available with our registered psychologists)
