Registered Psychologist

Jeni has been an AHPRA-registered psychologist since 2008 and has experience working across different settings including public mental health, the non-government sector and private practice. Jeni completed her undergraduate training with the University of Wollongong and is currently studying for her Master of Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University. 

Jeni enjoys working with individuals across the lifespan across a range of mental health, behavioural, lifestyle and health-related difficulties including anxiety disorders, mood disorders such as depression, psychosis in young people, substance use issues, emotional difficulties, life transition or adjustment difficulties, communication and interpersonal difficulties, poor stress management and burnout.

Jeni aims to create a warm and welcoming introduction to therapy, particularly for individuals who are new to the therapeutic space, by adopting a person-centred approach. Jeni is passionate about empowering individuals to take charge in their lives to create meaningful change and utilises a range of evidenced-based therapies in order to tailor treatment to your individual needs. Jeni is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing/The Transtheoretical Model.

Jeni is a registered Medicare provider and is available on Mondays and Thursdays including evenings.
