Provisional Psychologist

Anne is provisionally registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is close to completing her Masters of Clinical Psychology. She has experience working with clients across the lifespan, supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, OCD and relationship difficulties.

She has a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD. Anne is passionate about early intervention and is dedicated to providing a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered, respected, safe and supported.

Her person-centred approach draws on a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She also has experience facilitating the B Happy B Healthy program for children with emotional and social challenges.

Anne is a first generation Vietnamese-Australian and was born and raised in South Sydney. Having grown up with immigrant Vietnamese parents while navigating Australian culture has given her a deep understanding of the challenges of balancing cultural heritage whilst also respecting the customs and culture of Australia. She is fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

In her spare time, Anne enjoys spending time with her mini zoo of three British Shorthair cats and two dogs.

Anne is available on Mondays (including evenings) and Saturdays.
