Daniel is endorsed as a Clinical Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. He holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from Western Sydney University.
Daniel’s professional journey has included meaningful roles in child, adolescent, and adult community mental health, as well as in private practice settings. In these diverse environments, he has had the privilege of applying his academic knowledge in practical ways. These experiences have deepened his understanding of the nuances of mental health and strengthened his dedication to making a positive impact. Additionally, he has a profound interest in promoting mental health within the LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse communities and is LGBTQIA+ informed. Daniel believes that creating an inclusive environment is a must when it comes to mental health and wellbeing.
Daniel has a warm and compassionate approach to therapy and utilises evidence-based treatments, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Daniel is also a registered Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) Facilitator, an internationally recognised and evidence-based program aimed at helping caregivers connect with their children.
Daniel works with adolescents 16+ and adults of any age. He is a recognised provider with Medicare for Clinical Psychology services under a Mental Health Plan and is able to provide services under the NDIS.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys reading, meditating, going for long walks, and spending quality time with his partner as well as his dog, Benjamin.
Daniel is available Monday to Wednesday including evenings.
